I was treated very professionally at all times by the staff. The tires were originally purchased at this location, and every experience with Kauffman has been great thus far. The tire ended up needing to be replaced because of damages that the store manager took the time to point out to me. I appreciate the fact that someone looked out for my safety instead of just quickly getting me on my way. I would recommend this location for anyone in need of good quality tire service.
