  Couldn't find our appointment. And it took 3 hours!!Said they couldn't do her nails but did 6 mo before somehow. Her ears were dirty although they WROTE her ears had been done. Only asked for a bath. She didn't seem that different and they loved getting rid of her. They can't handle larger breeds. Won't go back!
