  horrible customer services. will sit on phone for hours and hours.. NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE..... no CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL even for PROFESSIONAL STAFF FOR OUT OF STATE PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE attempting to assist set up temporary days for patients for HD patient while visiting family. NO HELP AT ALL. SAT ON HOLD FOR OVER 40 MINUTES WITHOUT ANY HELP AT ALL..... WILL NOT EVEN GIVE THEM A STAR RATING.
