  I cannot speak directly regarding Dr Slavico, but will leave a note regarding the Practice at Walnut Creek. The main warning here is niceness or a PAs bedside manner is not the same thing as competence. Denial after the fact, that the injection he directed be administered, caused side effects [ Dizziness/Vertigo, sudden sweat, and numbness/tingling in the face]. Not life threatening symptoms unless you happen to be driving at the time - which my wife was. The PA refused to acknowledge that the injection was the cause of the reaction and tried to tell my wife that it was a result of the cold air as she walked to the car ~50F. So what really is aggrevating is the lack of responsibility and the fact that this PA thinks his patients are so stupid that any half-baked lie will absolve him from the need to be responsible for his actions. To Dr Slavico: I found your name because when I asked who was in charge he dropped yours. Apparrently when you are not at the practice nobody is responsible.
